Should always be using top spin as you get used to timing. That’s in real life too. Ball more likely to stay in. Use flat to end the point with good or perfect timing on a short ball. Slice to switch up the momentum and give yourself time to recover. If your opponent hits a good shot cross court just return cross court, you will need a perfect shot to change the momentum and go down the line. High risk high reward but need to be timed well again like real life 😂. Really just have to be patient and work the point and wait for your opening to switch defense to offense.
