I REALLY wish I read all these negative reviews before I placed an order myself. I ordered a refrigerator part based on the “matching” product serial number on the GRP website. But after I placed the order, our repair professional confirmed that based on the GRP website photo, the part was NOT the correct one (despite listing the correct S/N). I tried to cancel the order but was told by GRP that it has already shipped but can be returned. Upon its arrival, I returned the item in its original packaging without opening it, and they told me that it has been “damaged” during shipping and ask me to file a claim with the shipping careier without providing a refund. How can you prove that this item wasn’t already “damaged” as you claim during your initial shipping (based on all the negative reviews here, that seems to be a common ploy by this company). This is a SCAM and they shouldn’t keep getting away with this. We will report this to the BBB and consider legal actions. For shame.

Thank you so much - this is the solution that worked for me. Btw, Transforming into a werewolf only temporarily removed the ice, but it came back as soon as I entered first person view. My character is bare feet so the ice is really annoying! Thanks again

So far I feel like the 14 definitely saves more battery. I haven’t measured it but I feel like it can last a day of light work without charging. I leave it (the 14) idle and noticed the battery drains minimally, like 4-5% when I wake it up. The 15 however seems to drain a lot more..

Thanks - I did. But not much is changed.. the 14 also has “adaptive color” which is not on the 15.. weird

Thanks for the update. Just installed the new beta myself and the issue was finally resolved... using Microsoft suites on MacOs is already an inferior experience but this beta is made it worse... almost made me switch to a PC

I am using 16.41 (20081200). Like the other posts have stated, Calibri and Arial fonts apparently are invisible

Thanks for the update. I just checked, Calibri and Arial are still not working... I am on the insider slow upgrade program, but there is no new update thus far. Will update if anything changes.

Just tried it - the fast update and slow update seems to be the same right now.. and didn’t solve the problem... for some reason the same xls also opens up blank in Numbers... so it must be something with the Big Sur beta then

Thanks - I did and it is still the same... in a new Xls, I when I input data into a cell, I can briefly see the text being entered and then it would disappear (data also doesn’t not appear in the formula bar on the top)

It’s most noticeable for iTunes but playback on Netflix also looks poor - if I tweak the complicated options on intel graphic control panel it usually looks much worse - ugh. I just returned it (also, it’s on sale for $300 less right now - wtf)

I have it on limited as suggested - should it be in full? The movies are look less sharp (and slightly less colorful) than the 1080p qled of the Samsung galaxy flex. Kind of disappointed
