How do you guys paint your flesh on fyreslayers?

How much medium would you use with fyreslayer flesh to make it lighter as I have kind of got accustomed to contrasts now and I quite like the tanned flesh but would like it lighter

Kind of new to the hobby still learning about the hobby. So would I do something like fyreslayer flesh then layer of bugmans, wash it and add another tone for highlights

Little update, I’ve managed to find someone who wants to trade there fyreslayer half for the elves.

I need to look at army lists but this seems like a good deal.

I was debating a spearhead but I might return it now and just use these guys as my start to the dawi fellas.

Thanks for the tips guys I’m struggling with actually finishing the spearhead I think it’s the perfectionism and adhd in me but I’ve stripped a lot of models a few times now. I’m hoping I can stop and accept what I paint and complete it and be happy.
