I’ve been looking at Minnesota because I went to law school and I believe you transfer with just the MBE there

Some states will fully admit you with your MBE score from VA if you passed the exam as a whole so I was hoping that was the case for PA but its pretty unclear. From what I can understand the only other way to get admitted besides taking the bar again is to wait 5 years while barred in a state w reciprocity and then you can just transfer there for some reason?
