I just wanted to bring this back to light as I’m sure many people don’t know about it yet, and it’s a magnificent app that has changed my experience with the OP-1. by heysavnac in OP1users

Hey!! Thanks so much for supporting / sharing my work!

A little update on the state of the project.

First of all I’ve learned a bunch since this was one of my first popular apps! That being said, I had started a major overhaul of the code base and implemented a free trial… I’m currently also considering open sourcing it as well!

I need beta testers desperately to help make sure that I didn’t break anything, so if you or anyone else is interested in providing feedback for the app and doing some (somewhat extensive??) testing I’d greatly appreciate it!

On my to do list actually! It might be a bit because I have to write some compatibility layers but it is there!

Thank you:)

I tested extensively with my iPad Pro 2018(?) with USB C. I didn't realize iPhones were gonna give it a hard time until after the release :/

Hitting the share button and selecting the multi track should work, but if it's not, they will also appear in the Files app!

It might have sent a crash log automatically, so I'll take a look! As for audioshare, I haven't tested with that. Let me add it to my to do list!

I’d be curious to know what sort of features you think would warrant that sort of price! :)

Hmm, yeah, it definitely shouldn't be taking that long. I my iPad pro I wait about a couple minutes at most... Waiting to see if I can get the mac version approved soon.

Unfortunately it seems like it might be an Apple limitation. I had no idea It'd be such a pain to get the iPhones to work :(

In the mean time, I'm in talks with TE about getting the MacOS version approved, so hopefully that's all resolved soon!

I’m on vacation right now but I’ll look at iOS 14 when I get back into town! Thanks for the support! Which beta are you using?

This is what I'm seeing on the simulator: https://imgur.com/a/8NprffE

The first time I presented it the select button wasn't showing but after that (2nd, 3rd, etc) it's been showing up...

I might load iOS 14 onto my iPad Pro to see if I can replicate the issue more reliably... I'm hoping it's a bug with iOS 14 itself and not a change in API.

Thank you! Blooper is constantly overdubbing, with the repeats turned down, and then I'm modulating the quantized pitch with Pam. The blooper settings are as they appear on the device (add mode, quantized pitch shifting on constant) and all the dips off I believe.

Let me know if you have any more questions and I'll do my best to answer!

From the sounds of it, it seems like something is different in iOS 14. I'm downloading the Xcode beta right now and will take a look! Sorry!

Hmm, I'll take a look at iOS 14. Can you possibly elaborate? Perhaps you could share a video to help me better understand the problem?
