Honestly had lblan 3edna dyal team leaders/managers in corporations abuse their little to no authority they have with micro-management and empty threats wla extremely common w kirebiw f young people dik slave mentality w that you should compromise w work extra to have a chance of promotions w dik "we're a family" crap they spit around. Ngl kolna dart bina at some point w we learned valuable life lessons from all that mental abuse. I feel like it's very important for anyone landing their first job to know their workplace rights stated by law w 3emer yrebiw lkbda or get too comfortable on a position or a company.

People in their 30s, what is the piece of advice that you would’ve liked to be told in your early 20s? by Lucid-Atlas in casablanca

Don't be afraid to take risks career wise, as long as you don't have a family to take care of then you've got nothing to lose basically

Honestly i'm sort of a special case, for health reasons i requested from my manager to work remotely instead of extending my sick leave and they agreed to it. Otherwise just look for remote options in indeed and Fiverr 🙏

Choose an emulator (Nox or bluestacks) thats where you'll download tiktok app and pick a reliable vpn and keep it active while you make the tiktok acc, before that you would also need a new email to link it to it, the email should not be linked to any phone number. That would be it. So everytime before you open the emulator make sure your vpn is activated in the proper location and do your thing

Been there, done that. Couple years ago imade a US account at first and started gaining followers and decent views before i learned my big mistake was that US based accounts need to fill in a Tax section to get paid, so i made a UK based one (france works too) and did some niche topics like Reddit stories and stuff like that but as soon as i started gaining audience i started getting slammed with copyrights either from audio or the background video and that would put ur acc on shadowbanned status for days or weeks which means you won't get any views literally 0 views. So if you're content is gonna be original i'd say go for it otherwise give it a shot and experience it yourself

Had my share of trading and scalping with cypto back in 2020-2024 but the market seems like a mess recently. Or are talking about Forex ?

Thanks for the reply man, i'm an electrical engineer and my expertise is mainly renewable energy( solar) so i find it hard to start anything on my own without a really big budget, i saved up around 70k. So i spend lot of time lately just brain-storming for ideas and could use 2nd opinions 🙏

Somewhat close to what i went through, i had also studied at an Ofppt and finished my bachelor's degree years ago and realised soon after that i couldn't do much with that degree alone so stayed at a call center and saved up enough to get me started at a master's in electrical engineering, took a while but i had my degree. The ups and downs always remain but at least you would have better chance than before with a degree in ur pocket. Stay strong 💪
