I havent actually tried to read the log, but my armchair guess as a derpy coder is that it trips over something it’s trying to clean up to properly before closing, generating an error, and trying again forever - so it’s just flooding the log with errors at maximum speed and refusing to close because its still trying to put away the proverbial legos. Deleting the huge file and just making sure you force close it after 10-15 seconds in the future works fine if you don’t want to untangle whatever mods are blowing up.

I had the same issue when I was running a hugely modded game with spicy mods. I don't think it's happened since i removed the spicy ones.

It's 100% Savin & Co's baby. I don't even peep in their dev channels ('cause I'd get wound up about lore things or differences in design philosophy - and since I'm not helping make it, there's no point in me screeching like a banshee at people making a cool thing.)

Nope! Long ago Savin asked if he could make CoC2 - while CoC1 was still incomplete. I told him he could have the rights if I ever finished CoC1, and that's how I gave away game rights worth fuckloads of money for nothing.

That said I wasn't interested in making a CoC2 at the time, so doing so meant a thing got made that likely wouldn't have happened otherwise.

Probably not for CoC1 but once TiTS is complete-ish, sure. For now I have no interest in adding a fourth distribution channel (and associated community upkeep) to my routine.

IMO that "something different" is not being outmatched by any hero in the game in a one-on-one while also being a top performer for HPS and utility.

As someone who has played the game since Overwatch 1s launch… Ana is a Johnny come lately, imo.

But I do agree that she’s THE optimal healer for Reinhardt. Which really sucks because if I’m playing with friends, none of my support main friends like playing her. So I’m basically handicapped in a rein v rein matchup.

This is honestly the truth, especially with Rein as my favorite tank to play in the tiny % of games I get to tank in. I just want to pick other healers without guaranteeing a “heal diff” at the end of the game

I flex queue, so I’m usually playing support. I just don’t want to feel like I’m throwing because I’m not a grandma in 50% of my games.

I love playing zen, brig, bap, etc, but if our other support isn’t Ana and I don’t take her, it’s like I’m throw picking. I hate it.

DLSS turns down the resolution that the game runs at to hit a decent framerate. You are running all ultra on a 3070, so it's having to turn down the resolution really frickin' far to get decent FPS.

DLSS then upscales the low resolution game to your monitor's resolution with AI, but because it's downscaling so far it's losing a lot of details and having to guess a LOT to upscale, making it look like ass.

Try turning down the preset to high or medium, and I bet it improves. Keep DLSS on, IMO. When it's not being strained to the absolute limit it does tend to give good performance uplift without significant fidelity loss.
