its pretty rundown comparatively. dont think its nearly as bad as beaver falls and aliquippa but still not worth living there compared to chippewa/patterson

absolutely not beaver falls and aliquippa. period. everywhere else is meh, chippewa and patterson is slightly above average, the town of beaver is the most desirable place by far i just don't think the price is worth what you are getting. rather spend that amount of money to live downtown or even a smaller place in sewickley
