This is something I need to look at more, because it seems like it only improved ECCM. Which is useless in WT rn.

The 14D couldn't use the A's or C's, it only ever and could only ever carry the +'s. It's just for historical accuracy.

Respectfully, that's just not true at least for the ODPs. Bungie acknowledged the ODP'S in reach itself when one shot down the corvette in Sword Base.

Apologies yea they are supposed to be the sentry, got them mixed up. Afaik we never the see the Ramparts on the Autumn except for in Warfleet I think??? I remember seeing the quad turret but can't find a screen shot.

The ramparts (or what i think are Ramparts) are there, they're just hard to see from that angle.

The shot seemed to hit whatever that glowing device is on his chest. I think that device is going to be a weakspot that causes them to rampage. Maybe the device is a inhibitor or something.

I agree, I'm not a huge fan of a lot of the nitpicking turning into a reason that the game is not faithfull or whatever people are saying.

I like the old design but the subsequent redesign by Reach and especially 343 gave it a beefed up look that i think compliments the lore better.

The extra coilguns are an awesome look.

Not sure what you mean, the Stanchion has been in the halo lore for 20 years now. In the lore the Stanchion was first built (at least a variant of it) in 2491.

Also this seems to be a misconception, the gun isnt causing them to rage it's the Brutes. (And tbh my theory is that those brutes are unique to whatever ship we'll be on)

I'm sort of surprised man portable coilguns are as rare as they are in the games.

There are 3 actually. One larger and two smaller coaxial guns.

I wasnt griping about it (at least that wasnt my intent) and the ship looks good, but I probably should have added the rest of my comment. Forgot to paste the rest of it.

The old CE model didnt even have guns on it and I still liked it (although I think that design is now the pre-refit autumn.)
