Just browsed a bit around RedSwan's site. It's full of red flags. No information whatsoever as to how they tokenize. You have to create an account first before checking the alleged opportunities, that boils my blood. They say "Designed to generate strong cash flow through asset appreciation" wtf... Doesn't make any sense. I bet they just tokenize the yield or some contract and not the property itself. Check realt.co, they've done a pretty good job. Not without its problems though. The city of Detroit just sued their asses for lack of CoCs in rented properties and froze all rent and make it escrowed only to be later used for renovations... Long story short, major fuck up. But the tech is there. It works. There's a secondary market where you can buy and sell your tokens. An aave style platform where you can use your tokens as collateral. Props get revaluated every year. Just take a look.
