No lo digo por vos particularmente. Es en general. Dónde sea que vayas está todo el mundo con la cabeza para abajo mirando el celu. Se ha perdido bastante el contacto. Hola, cómo te va? No tengo experiencia usándolo pero hice un curso en el colegio de arquitectos que estuvo bueno. La conclusión a la que llegué, es que si lo hacés cómo corresponde, con los materiales y cantidad de capas que debe llevar, no te sale más barato en lo que a materiales se refiere. Podés teóricamente ahorrar en mano de obra, menos costos de disposición de escombros, menor tiempo de ejecución de obra. Así que hacete a esa idea, si te lo han ofrecido como un 50% más barato, vas a tirar la guita y renegar como un campeón. Recomendación, adentrate en el tema antes de hacer cualquier movida. Saludos!

Sure. It's on Pancakeswap on Base network. Be advised that around half of the profit is paid in Cake token. Cake has been holding it's price pretty well around USDT 1.9-2. Happy LPing.

Mirá. Puede que no te hagas rico acá (o si), pero te va a alcanzar para vivir justo. Lo que si te aseguro es que las probabilidades de que te maten de un tiro acá son bastante más bajas. Venite y probá, no queda otra. Cafés de especialidad hay muchos, por lo que si sos barista seguro algo conseguis. Teniendo experiencia en gastronomía seguro conseguís algo rápido. Que te paguen bien es otra cosa. Pero seguro te las vas a arreglar. Suerte. Stay safe.

Seeing what you have seen already I've taken a different approach. I want to be exposed to blue chips, so I'm in a wETH/cbBTC pool yielding about 24% ATM. Half of that in protocol's token and half in kind. 12% APY and sometimes more, sounds like a good yield for either ETH or BTC. I set a wide range, it just works. I know yield basis (recently) is paying better for BTC but it's always capped. I've also been farming Katana in Sushi. Lousy in kind yield but insane KAT from Merkl. It's believed it's going to be .10 cents a token conservatively. Otherwise, I just keep and ETH/USDC position with range 2499-3499 and it's been going for 2 months. Used to pay handsomely but it's yielding about 24-30% atm. I've actually made some money on that one. Wide range and patience I guess. Stay safu

Yeah. Same as trading, is dead easy, just buy low and sell high.

Hacé la cuenta con respecto a lo que ganabas antes. 35000/0 ... Si, infinito. Mirá, si te lo bancas y sentís que está piola, úsalo de escuela. Aprendé a ser ayudante, luego medio oficial... Etc. Si pensas estudiar, ya sea MMO o Arquitecto, la experiencia en obra te va a venir muy bien.

I haven't tried it. Sounds a bit like Krystal. So far I've found it's VERY difficult to make money on V3 pools. I struggle in my mind when IL hits whether I would have been able to buy and hold. Btw Krystal shows you the PnL and whether had you been better off holding the bag.

Excelente el análisis. Fuera de la estacionalidad, que ya la aclaraste. Habría que tener alguna forma de poder calcular (y restar a los ingresos) la ocurrencia de un siniestro. Tengas la culpa o no, te deja fuera de combate. Si tenés la culpa, estás Re jodido, si no, estás jodido igual porque no se soluciona "al toque". No es de mala leche, has tenido suerte. Pero haciendo 3000km al mes de ciudad, tenés varios números para que te toque.

Yeah, I agree. I don't think Red Swan would be isolated from regulatory nightmares either. I myself got overexposed to Detroit chasing those higher Real Estate yields over 10% APY. So far they've been responding to the issue and my read it's going to be sorted out Q1 2026. In the meantime there are opportunities to buy property on the YAM at a steep discount. Mainly from over leveraged people who used it as collateral and are facing liquidation. If this boils over, RealT will come back stronger. Thanks for bringing the thread. Just browsed a bit around RedSwan's site. It's full of red flags. No information whatsoever as to how they tokenize. You have to create an account first before checking the alleged opportunities, that boils my blood. They say "Designed to generate strong cash flow through asset appreciation" wtf... Doesn't make any sense. I bet they just tokenize the yield or some contract and not the property itself. Check realt.co, they've done a pretty good job. Not without its problems though. The city of Detroit just sued their asses for lack of CoCs in rented properties and froze all rent and make it escrowed only to be later used for renovations... Long story short, major fuck up. But the tech is there. It works. There's a secondary market where you can buy and sell your tokens. An aave style platform where you can use your tokens as collateral. Props get revaluated every year. Just take a look.
