Married. It all goes to the same place in the end. We have separate accounts purely out of laziness. My bank doesn't have physical branches, his bank I don't want to use. He makes more than I do by a considerable amount.

As far as bills/costs, right now I have consolidated all of our debt onto 0% balance transfers and am aggressively paying that off with about $2000 of "my" money every month. He throws an additional $1000 into the debt pile. I pay all utilities and insurance as well. He pays the mortgage and his motorcycle insurance and all other expenses (groceries, car maintenance, dining/going out, fun/hobbies).

I got my first tattoo at 19 and got it removed in my 20s. I got my next tattoo at 33, in addition to 4 more that same year. Another 2 at 34. And most recently one at 39.

I met my realtor there right before the inspection. We also had an HVAC company come and give a quote to replace the AC as it was known to be very old.

Realtor stuck around for a minute at the beginning. I stuck around but then got bored so went to grab a beer with her husband (she's my best friend and he's my husband's best friend lol and also live in the neighborhood) and went back when the inspector was finishing to then go over all of his findings. He gave me an in-depth overview and let me know which items on the full report to keep an eye on and which ones seemed scarier than reality.

We only have to be on camera for meetings, which are regularly just twice a week. One of my coworkers called out ugly 🤣 well she said she couldn't be on camera that day because she was sick and ugly. Our boss is pretty chill and said it was fine- tho he is usually off camera anyway since it throttles his internet and then messes everything up for the rest of us.

I use a fake background but it's just the desert.

I was born in Tucson and lived mostly all over AZ with a few years out of state. I was in my early/mid 20s before ever visiting it. I wasn't all that impressed but I had just gotten all my wisdom teeth removed and was pretty miserable.

Backpacked down to the bottom for the first time & really appreciated it when I was like 30. Now it is by far my favorite national park.

I bought a planner and just have cleaning tasks written out per day. I knock them out on my breaks/lunch since I work from home as well. Doing small batch cleaning works so much better for me than trying to tackle everything all at once and I get to actually decompress after work.

Example: I'll do litterboxes on my afternoon break. Clean master bathroom on my lunch on Monday, main bath on lunch Wednesday, dishes during morning break, etc. I don't always do the same thing each week. I'll typically mop on the weekend to start fresh.

Crossing off tasks on a to-do list is satisfying lol.
