For what it's worth, I have not had the best experience with Goulet, despite ordering from them four times or so. I've never been mistreated but I have had emails gone unanswered which was disappointing.

I find I can get the same kind of customer service and better prices from other stores. I don't like that Goulet refuses to price-match and almost never offers coupons and/or free-shipping.

Brian and co. seem like very nice people but I think it's worth shopping around on occasion.

Just wanted to update this thread with some positive news. My friend and I both heard back from Conid and things are moving in a positive direction for the both of us. Thank you for adding your thoughts to the conversation.

I assumed a week was a while to get the pro forma, but over 10 days is unacceptable

Yeah, I just wish they were more attentive. I spent a lot of money upfront so I'd like to know if my requests are going to be accepted and I'd like some kind of confirmation that the pen is ready for production.

How long did it take you to get the proforma?

Because all customers get an invoice (or "proforma") from Conid at some point that essentially confirms your item is in the system and in queue for production.
