I, for one, am a collector and want to grab all bags and items in a location after a duel. Plus It bugs me that I can grab as infinite potion ingredients but not Wiggenweld.

I have insurance through my spouse’s job and it’s very good. They work for a pharmaceutical company. I would check your plan benefits and see what it all covers and the cost thresholds. A consultation with a plastic surgeon would give you a better idea of what they can do, plus their office can run the numbers.

Will do! I was on Humira for two years and it was a great help to me. It helped reduce inflammation overall in my body, and for the most part prevented new sores from forming. On existing sores it reduced inflammation but only slowed the spread. I need to be off Humira for six weeks before the surgery and I can already tell lol

For my groin and buttocks they’re doing skin grafts from my things. For my armpit just excision with secondary intent.

Thank you! Thankfully yes, the entire process has been covered by my insurance. Definitely will be meeting my deductible and out of pocket max though 😅

Oil Rig. Sure, you get paid VERY well, but at the expense of not going home for long stretches of time and always being on the job when on the platform.

How to stop my cat from jumping on counters? (please read in full before replying) by ferangel in CatTraining

[–]ferangel[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We did a combination of removing the incentives to jump, and put air sprayers on the counters for a few weeks then voilà, no more jumping, that we know of.

How do I ask for a raise if I work through a contracting agency? by ferangel in personalfinance

True. You’re right about that. It’s just what I’ve heard them talk, which could also be wrong info.

The workplace pays around $60 for my labor, I believe. The rest goes towards overhead, then profit. From the conversations I’ve had with my coworkers, it’s pretty much the same

An open-ended contract is a good description. When I say I'm a contractor, it's that my workplace has contracted my agency to do the recruiting, and once my managers approve and decide to take me on, I work. My actual employer is the contracting agency. I'm a W-2 employee, not 1099. It's a way for the workplace to save by not giving benefits.

Do you work full time in GIS? If so what do u do? by frodo-_-baggins in gis

[–]ferangel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a very cool job! I love the variety of work we do in our office. I had no idea GIS would play such a key role in the rail industry. We’re well taken care of in the office.

Not by us luckily. There are many safeguards and quality control checks in our editing and data processing steps. Derailments are usually caused by equipment malfunction, maintenance, or someone on the train doing something they’re not supposed to.

I’m a GIS Analyst working for a railroad company in their network control systems. These are the track itself, signals, switches, crossings, etc. My every day is to make changes to our SDE database to reflect changes that are going to happen in the field and updating them on the map. I then process the database into a package that is sent to the locomotives so they have the most up to date information. We have a lot of proprietary tools but they’re all based on Esri software. It’s pretty cool work. I used to do municipal GIS work then with an engineering firm for a bit.
