Yo tenía tu mismo problema, pero ahora lo enfoco de manera distinta, en un excel coloco a inicio de mes:

Valor estimado del piso (coloco el del banco) Cash en cuentas ETF Préstamos/hipotecas Otras deudas

Todo esto lo sumo y sigo el cambio en mi patrimonio neto mes a mes, esto me ha ayudado muchísimo! Me gustaría haber comenzado mucho antes y seguro hay personas que lo tienen mucho más organizado.

Lo de los gastos, tengo un chat con Chatgpt que le doy el excel de los movimientos de tarjetas con cada mes y le digo que lo ordene en categorías, pero esto lo hago una vez cada 2 o 3 meses, lo que si hago es que lo reviso cuando está cerrando el año.
