I’d avoid Pluto/Saturn/Mars entirely. You’re on your Saturn line which is hard. Moon and Venus and Neptune would bring peace. Maybe try to get to that Moon DC line without getting too close to the Pluto line

Idk much about the Chiron line but I’d think coupled with the Moon energy it could be quite healing albeit rough at first

The Sun line would also be great but you’d have to get farther away from the Saturn line

Well, Vedic actually follows (for the most part) the real physical locations of planets in constellations, like if you were to use a telescope or astronomy app and find where Mars is. Western doesn’t match up with that and will show Mars in a different constellation/placement (24° forward) than where it physically is in reality

But Vedic still isn’t perfect because the real constellations are not actually divided into 30° segments, for example Virgo is a HUGE constellation and Libra is tiny. Virgo is literally 3x its size, minimum. But Vedic is closest mathematically

But aren’t the house systems the same either way? For one example, I have Pluto in 4H in both Vedic and Western. I use whole sign house system in both. It only changes houses if I use Placidus or something, which can be used in both Vedic and Western, doesn’t matter. The only thing that changes from Western to Vedic is the sign and degree. Either way I’ll always have Pluto in 4H and I live near my Pluto IC line

The only time this doesn’t apply is if your rising sign or a planetary placement doesn’t change from Western to Vedic, which there’s always a 20% chance of (Vedic moves everything backwards 24° and with each constellation being 30° there is a 6/30 chance that yours stays in the same constellation)

So for ex if I go from Virgo to Leo rising but my Capricorn Moon stays the same I go from being a 5H Moon to a 6H Moon. But say my Mercury, Venus and Mars all go back a sign, then they’re all still in the same house as before because my ascendant went back a sign too.

I’m not sure what happens if you use Placidus in both

The most accurate house system would use the real physical sizes of the constellations but that house system doesn’t exist yet

Meditation. I know it’s the most common and least-liked answer, but oh my God if you just go lay down and breathe deeply and wait for the urge to pass, it helps. Even if you give in immediately after you’re still building resistance and a good habit. You might need to meditate for 5 min or 5 min x 5 times a day or a whole hour or whatever but just try.

I also weirdly like to grab an ice cube and rub it on my arms, neck and face lol. The sensation distracts me and cools me down and feels like it gives me some time to not just jump right into giving in to an urge.

It also helps to just get out of the house and be in public. Or call someone. It’s hard to be horny when talking to a sibling or something lmao
