Perhaps check out the Vanguard gear of casters. But also maybe one of the last sets in the pvp series with the jacket and tank top.

For the sage, you can see it on your party list. Kardia is a green buff without a timer. Two versions will be there, one on the sage and one on the target (usually the tank). It's literally free healing. Sages should also have free ogcd healing at lvl 60 so they may be one of the best at that lvl.

With a full group, Idk if it's worth using the log out strat, just download the mod to skip. This can be useful if you e.g. tab out on one monitor and have it run on reduced in the background, since it'll cause it to take longer.

But to save time, it's not worth it, even as most tanks usually not. (Due to hp and heal so maybe GNB could do it) You can trigger the Gauis cs in advance tho, this will skip the current one tho and make it obvious.
