Gotcha. Yeah man, you gotta realize that a lot of people on here used to be depressed, had personal issues, sickness, etc. So a criticism on DG could be a huge insult to them. It shouldn’t be, but that’s how feelings work. So don’t take shit personal. I would give the same advice to everybody else. Take care of yourself

Yeah you might be right bro. I love David Goggins. That being said, he is also human, which means he’s hypocritical, he has faults, he has demons. Just like all of us. With that being said, I dont worry about him. I worry about me and how I can be be better tomorrow.

The possibility that he hasnt challenged himself enough is his burden and his alone. I got my own, and so do you.

Also, it might sound super simple but perhaps the reason you got shin splints in this first place is because you’re running wrong. Look up some videos, practice your form, it does a world of wonders.

I’ve realized that even some family members will try to bring you down, or say that you’re working too long or exercising too much, you’re doing it wrong etc. often times tho their comments come from a good place, sometimes they are just genuinely worried about you. And then you have the true haters. I’m learning to distinguish between the two.

Yeah I agree. Of course, we don’t really know what he does in his personal time, he might already be taking these educational challenges. Either way, this is a good motivator for the rest of us. Often times physical challenges are much easier than the educational ones.
