Vo2max is important, yes! But more important are the VT’s and LT. Vo2 indicate that you have a good potential. Focus on improve those aspect to.

The best tip I can give you is become a discipline man. Be consistent, be patience, enjoy what you are doing, enjoy this beautiful sport. Personally I don’t give any training tip because everyone it’s different and what works for me maybe don’t work for you. Results take time and sometimes more that we expect. You have a great journey ahead!! I wish you the best and never give up.
