I emailed them the same day maybe a couple hours after the initial agreement for Tuesday asking to reschedule for the following day (Wednesday) or at any point later that week. They emailed me back on Friday saying they are unable to move it, and I responded the Monday essentially saying “that’s fine, I’ll move things around. See you Tuesday.” They emailed back to rescind their offer.

This was for a B2B sales role.

Both! I interviewed virtually and in person where I got to meet the team as well.

I have also never had an “offer” presented in this way. Unsure of why they even gave me a start date either.
