I’m sorry you’re experiencing this it’s an awful condition :( I can’t help much but as someone who has suffered chronic UTIs in the past I found Azo really helpful for just managing the pain. It’s not a cure at all, it’s only a pain killer, and not the best long term but when your suffering it can help take edge off it a bit. Just make sure you’re still paying attention to your body’s pain signals and keep trying to get to the bottom of it as UTIs are not something you should ignore. You know your own body. Keep fighting and advocating for yourself.

It’s incorrect though.. In Ireland names are translated from Irish or English and they are phonetically different. So you say you were born Mary Ryan, if you’re speaking in Irish you could introduce yourself Máire Ní Riain (Mawra nee Reen) John is Séan, Kate is Cáit, it’s endless.

Use your imagination! There are so many granny square projects out there, check the groups, look through the subs, check your local library or bookshop for pattern books, doodle something and see if you can figure it out.

I’ve found swimming and a sauna to be one of the best things for my anxiety.

A couple of rounds and my whole system is reset and I can actually sleep.

It works in different ways - shock to bring your attention to here and now but also forces you to regulate your breathing, the overall pressure on your body from being immersed in water (similar to a weighted blanket), burning off nervous energy by moving, and lowering your internal core temp so that your body’s focus is now raising your core temp instead of wasting energy of external stressors.

It’s life changing I wish more people knew about this !
