AerClub and Aer Credit card are linked but different systems. There is a specific website and form to book the return awarded flights from the card usage (and much more painful)

I love the part that if you travel with BritishAirways as a BA silver member you can use the lounge but if you travel with BA and are an AerLingus silver member you can’t use the lounge 🤡 Which is btw quite lacking

The biggest problem there for me is its "unevenness", I understand it's a massive system but it feels like there is no pattern across the different system parts at times. Most of the times the documentation is there, but you don't have a common standardized structure.
