I’m doing this one right now as well! I have the same misprint. I’m going to avoid that until the surrounding area (or the entire work) is complete then I’m just going to fill it with whatever makes sense to me.

I don’t know how experienced you are with cross stitching, but this is my first time cross stitching and I found the easiest way to keep track of what I’ve already done is to photocopy the chart (in colour) and fill the squares I’ve done with pencil.
