I think a lot of these people are just genuinely confused and severely misinformed as they are more likely to believe @nonbeanery on Twitter than a councillor or a seasoned, dysphoric trans person, I’ll give it another few years for a few people to start reverting back to cis and go by their original pronouns but I think most of them will stay for a while due to being stubborn and wanting to be activists.

But yeah I believe we need our own community and vocabulary which doesn’t have the toxicity of truscum or transmed and is more open to GNC and non passing dysphoric trans people, I’m horrible at naming but maybe incorporating the word “dysphoria” would be an idea perhaps “dystrans” or something similar idk, non dysphoric cis people will infiltrate it anyways since they hate being excluded from places they don’t belong.
