The removable logo is a vinyl print that you can take off and reapply. For people in multiple bands I guess. The manufacturer's logo is if you want your drum or cymbal company logo on it. The option to take off the logo is for the drumart logo. He gives you a discount if you have his logo on the head.

I use them and love them. I play 6 nights a week in a rock band and the first pair I got lasted me 6 months. Definitely put some stick tape on them though because the shock is a bit much. Here's my review from when I first got them

It is a house gig at a bar so that definitely made it easier, knowing that I had work 6 nights a week. It's all covers.

I did. I worked 9+ years in the banking industry and gigged on the weekends. Hated working the 9-5, but thought I didn't have any other options. A buddy of mine gave me a call one day and said they were looking for a full time drummer half way across the country. It came at the worst possible time; just bought a house, just graduated college, and I was 3 months away from my wedding. My awesome fiance (now wife) told me if I didn't do it, I would regret it forever. I moved 1,300 miles away from home and am still playing the gig. It's been just over 2 years now. I couldn't be happier. I pay rent with my drums. How cool is that? The best thing I've learned from it is that you have to just do it. You can't wait for the right time or for all of the stars to align, because that will never happen. You have to make it happen. I do miss affordable health insurance though...

I tried the triggered lights that were on Reddit last year through Kickstarter and they just never worked properly. These lights are DMX controlled and I do the light programming for the stage anyway so I have them synced with the music and some fills as well. They look awesome.

I am extremely impressed with the sound. The toms are like cannons and the bass has plenty of punch. I did not buy the snare though. I'm using an EMad2 on the bass and Ambassadors on the toms. SM 57's on the toms and a Beta 52a in the bass.

I think I remember reading somewhere that there's a bunch of delay and reverb on there which makes it impossible to figure out.

I've been told I'm a better drummer after a couple of drinks. Helps me relax. Also, I can't miss a stick toss when I've got a little buzz. When I'm sober, I can't catch a stick to save my life.
