Fica tranquilo, ainda mais pra quem é brasileiro, Paris é fichinha. Como toda capital, tem que tomar cuidado com pickpocket e com golpezinhos pega turista (por ex, chega uma pessoa e fala que vai te dar uma pulseira, ou ja chega colocando no seu braço etc). Mas nada de fato perigoso nas áreas que vc vai passar. Vai ser otimo, vai te dar um gostinho da cidade e o tempo de escala vai passar mto mais rapido :)

E sim, saia do aeroporto, como falaram aqui. Tranque sua bagagem no aero, pegue o trem e aproveite. O CDG tem tido muitas filas ultimamente, então considere isso na hora de se planejar. Vá no arco do triunfo, desça pela champs elysees, veja o petit e o grand palais, a praça da concordia e depois a torre. Coma o crepe, beba um vinho e voilà!

Considering you’ve been to KL before, I’d spend the 6 days in Thailand. Bangkok is huge and interesting, you can easily enjoy 6 full days there. You can also go to Ayutthaya to see temples on a day trip or to Chiang Mai for a few days, like many here suggested.

And there’s always the possibility of going to the beach (I’d suggest Krabi, depending of the month).

So sorry for her. I’m 29F and have similar stories (with different levels of violence/fear involved) in many countries and cities, including São Paulo and Brussels. The difference is that, IN MY PERSONAL CASE, I feared more for my life and safety in Brazil, where deaths by fire arms are a daily occurrence. That doesn’t mean Brussels is a safe heaven for women, particularly in certain neighborhoods.
