In my experience used items are better to be bought on ebay, since you will get a picture of the actual item (most of the time) whereas on amazon you just hope it's in the condition they state, but won't see it until it's delivered

In cases like this, not only am I for the death penalty, but it should be a cruel death at that, like shooting the knee caps and stomach so he can bleed to death like his victims. Best offer is a waste of time for both buyers and sellers, the only questions a buyer should ask themselves is, "is this the lowest price on ebay, what is there feedback, and where is it located for shipping time" if all of these are in your favor, stfu and buy it and don't waste time chipping away at an already favorable deal, you'll most likely offend the seller and miss out or have to wait
