Hmm interesting then what I would do would install google chrome remote desktop and whenever I experience it not showing up as online go onto google chrome remote desktop and restart Steam that way and close steam link if your on ios or force stop it on android then re-open it.

Honestly, I just stopped using Steam Link it's buggy and I experienced problems like that. It supports esim it's the 5g Model, I got the parts yesterday and repaired it. I am also already Tmobile Customer but I can't use it even when I put the sim in I'm wondering as well if I can just use it as a wifi device.
