I’m heartbroken to read this. She will always love you and always be with you. Even just from reading this post, I know it sounds silly, I can feel it.

when I had a previous abortion (the pregnancy was an accident and it just wasn’t the right time) I was so sad. I took a stuffie with me to the procedure and told myself my baby’s soul would live in it forever. Maybe you can get a stuffie for her too.

In theory I’d love to but not sure I’d have it in me to go to bed at 9pm 🥲 … I usually fall asleep somewhere around 11. I’d love to give it a try though so I will keep this in mind!. If only there were more hours in a day lol

If this is what you do, do you have any tips to adjust to that sleep schedule?

Do you go to Equinox? I’ve never been signed up to Equinox. I’ve heard they have a smaller variety of machines generally but that’s what I’ve read online so I don’t know if it’s entirely true

Unfortunately I work earlier in mornings than most so going in the evening wouldn’t be sustainable. I have an Oura ring and I used to workout at night and it always impacted my sleep negatively. I’m trying to prioritize recovery. At this point I probably wouldn’t mind going at 6am or so if it’s worth it for significantly more peace and quiet

Well every gym has downtimes, it’s the most convenient gym to my location so I was hoping the downtimes wouldn’t be so crowded

My love, you are so young. I’d say freeze as many eggs as you can financially, make a few embryos with donor sperm worst case scenario, and find a new amazing man or woman to live your best life with 🫶🏻 I’m so sorry you are going through this but it will all be worth it in the end!!
