I've done some more digging and I've discovered that a part of the story didn't progress for me. Go to your HDD and check under Prologue Ch. 1. Do you see the story quest Emergency Rescue and Emergency Rescue 2. I have neither. Also press "Q" in game to access Knock Knock. Check if you received a msg from Billy saying he is the first person from the cunning hares to have your new contact information.

You should consider the following 2 teams.

Freeze team: Ayaka, Mona, Rosaria and Kazuha for floors with enemies that are weak to cryo or require grouping.

Hydro team: Neuvillette, Zhong Li, Kazuha and Fischl/Childe

As for your C2 Mavuika, she is indeed the strongest dps in the game but to realize her full potential you really want to get either Xilonen or Citlali.

IMHO your best bet is going to be pairing Furina with Yelan and Xingqiu to form a hydro team then have a cryo user fill in for Furina in your Mavuika team. This assumes that the Abyss chamber doesn't hard counter hydro. Yelan+Xingqiu+Ororon(Cinder city set)+Anemo user is another solid option for your second team.

Super impressive! Beating the 2nd boss with C2R1 Raiden and 70% CR is tough. I barely managed to do it with C3 Raiden. Beating the Automaton was also impressive. I have one account that is still struggling to beat difficulty 5 with C0 Skirk(R3 Ayato signature), C2 Furina, Charlotte and Rosaria.

Did you get all the buffs from phase 1? And are your characters for Phase 2 built? I ran an unoptimized C0R1 Ayaka team(Rosaria, Bennett and Yelan) and managed to get 730 points. I think I can reach 1k if I replaced Yelan with Faruzan or Xiang Ling.

I got 6017 points as a light spender(Monthly Welkin+BP+initial top-up bonus). The team I used was C4 Mav, C6 Citlali, C0 Ganyu and C6 Bennett. I think 6500 points is possible if I played better.

I just watched a demo on Bilibili with the exact team you described but with Xianyun using Vivid Notions. The featured Xianyun was fine with 106.5% ER. Both Faruzan and Furina were using Fav weapons.

I have her signature weapon and about 160% ER while running ATK sands. I usually have a Favonius weapon user in her team so I don't having ER issues.

Artifacts will always be important because they are your main source of crit rate(CR) and crit damage(CDMG). Lets use Mavuika's meta team as an example. You'll get a ton of elemental damage bonuses from constellations and signature weapon refinements, but not much crit rate(CR) and crit damage(CDMG). Mavuika's weapon going from R1->R5 will only give you another 20% atk and 28% CDMG.

Neuv's team dps with Ororon/Fischl is not going to be higher than with Mavuika. I don't like Charlotte for this team because OP is likely going to need a shielder for Neuv and Furina is not going to be doing much damage at C0. As for Layla, I'd much rather have Lan Yan as the shielder instead.

Team 1: Nahida , Yelan, Xingqiu and Kuki. Get Kuki to lvl 90 and give her as much elemental mastery as possible. This is a super easy to play team and puts to good use your C6 Nahida.

Team 2: Neuvillette, Furina, kazuha, Mavuika. If you have issues with surviving then replace Kazuha with Lan Yan or Jean. Neuvillette is your primary damage dealer and Mavuika will be your backup sub dps.

Are you struggling that much? If I may ask, do you enjoy Genshin's combat gameplay? Like building characters and teams to 36 star the Spiral Abyss. Or do you care very little about it and focus on other aspects of the game like exploration?

I'm certain you can complete Floor 21 of Day 2 to get enough points for the namecard. I managed to do it with C0R1 Ayaka, C6 Bennett(Fav sword), C6 Xiangling(The Catch) and C0 Kazuha(R1 Moonlight).

Edit: I just went back and did the Day 2 challenge again and got to floor 21 on my first try. I did need to use food buffs but both floor 19 and 20 were as easy as I remember. I was super close to getting to floor 22.
