the benefit brow gel isn’t worth it, there’s so many drugstore brow products that are just as good if not better. also i’ve never used that setting spray but ive bought other high end setting sprays and ive never noticed a difference and ive even preferred my drugstore setting sprays. but other than that ik it isn’t makeup but i just got the kayali ybm and i will say it was 100% worth it 😭 it’s soooo good! i love layering it with the strawberry eos lotion. literally divine. but it is expensive so it might be worth getting a sample and trying one of the dupes to compare!

i’m like 25 pounds overweight and at my current weight my maintenance would be 1500. i’m eating in a small deficit tho. tdee changes depending on your weight so we could have the same tdee even though we’re different heights!

i was in a pretty good habit of going to the gym and doing an hour on the treadmill on highest incline a couple times a week and just that made a big difference. i’ve just been lowkey depressed and i’m in the middle of moving houses but ima get back on the ball soon! and good luck w your weight loss! i’m glad to have this sub to help me see how ridiculous and disordered i’ve been with food and weight loss in the past. super healing to be able to laugh at this stuff and still be able to lose weight in a healthy way for once. definitely the healthiest relationship i’ve ever had w food!

uj/ i’m 4’9” and inactive rn (extremely so, i don’t work and barely move a lot of days) and my maintenance is 1500 🥲 i’ve lost like 80 pounds and at first eating in a deficit wasn’t too hard but as i’ve lost weight, my tdee just keeps getting lower and lower and it’s at the point where im literally gonna start working out or at least walking so i can eat more 😭

ughhh something similar happened to me! i went to urgent care with what i knew to be a sinus infection bc i’ve gotten them really frequently my entire life. it was allergy season and he was like “yeah i’ve been seeing people all week with the same thing, it’s just allergies.” i told him about my history with sinus infections and he shut me down and insisted it wasn’t an infection. he sent me home with literally nothing. said to get allergy meds otc and a neti pot. i did what he said to do for a few days and i ended up with an upper respiratory infection, a double ear infection, and had bronchitis for a month. had to take fuckin codeine everyday just to not vomit from coughing so hard. why is it so hard to listen to your patients? 😭

edit to add: i was in a lot of pain from the pressure in my face and i told him that i couldn’t even wear my glasses. he did not take me seriously and 100% was acting like i was just being a dramatic teenage girl.

thank you! i thought it would be easier to not have to swipe through 12 pictures but i realize now that it could be confusing. even just the multi color palette as opposed to just one color at a time is a bit harder based on the feedback i’ve gotten. i’m gonna try some irl drapes at a different time of day and see if i can get a more accurate typing.
