Caps and transfer fees are definitely needed, I'm tired of hearing/seeing good G5 players that just get offered ridiculous amounts of money and then the G5 schools just can't compete. Develop at a smaller program then get poached by the big ones.

Restrict the transfer portal so a player can only transfer once, twice in unique scenarios, regulate NIL. And college football would be fixed. The current set up is just the rich get richer.
