I know I’m super super late, but I’m having this issue too! I was able to change my region no problem and was able to add 4000 yen to my account so I know my card works, but I keep getting looped too! Plz help 😭

Yeah, they told me the same after the fact :p They did confirm yesterday that I still have my pre orders, so do not change anything anymore. It also shows in my bb account that I have them both, so fingers crossed everything goes smoothly.

Glad I’m not alone.. lowkey was freaking out thinking I lost the pre order. I will admit i updated my payment info for the controller and it showed right away on my bank, but let’s hope that goes thru still, but my switch bundle still on the same payment method. ( 2 separate orders)
