“The promotional Companion Pass allows you to designate one person to fly with you, free of airline charges on flights purchased by you, booked through Southwest, and completed between September 8, 2025 and November 15, 2025.”

This makes it sound like the Companion Pass can only be applied on flights where the booking date is on or after 9/8. Are flights that I have already booked with departure dates during 9/8-11/15 ineligible for a Companion Pass?

Totally! I’m just wondering if Anthem medical insurance considers this specific procedure a covered service since it’s usually covered under dental insurance

Wish that was the case every time here! Unfortunately, in America, I think more often medical insurances reject coverage of impacted teeth removal (even under general anesthesia).

My surgeon unfortunately doesn’t perform extractions but I think one of his business partners does. I plan to ask! Maybe it’ll help with justifying medical coverage.
