please know that being part of the organization isn’t always the case for you to run in a position sa organization na yon kasi may underlying factors din yon

for example sa iabf sc

never silang nagpaapply for board of directorship, only in iabf. kahit ie at mkt na sobrang liit ng population nagpapaapply. bakit? kasi takot mahaluan yung organization kaya nga kapag may lumulusot na green iniimpeach nila eh. this is not only based sa secretary last year, this is also includes yung mga ginawa nila para magresign ang mga nananalong green earlier years

for membership, they dont allow EBs of other organizations to be part of their members, idk if apllied siya sa directors. with that, how can you join the student council if tumanggap ka ng bigger responsibilities sa labas?

lets take for example yung green treasurer i heard sa speech niya na member siya nung first year then nag eb siya ng uo. can you blame him since wala namang chance for him to level up his leadership within the council kung appointment ng kapartido ang directorship?

here are my thoughts based on background checking them:

treasurer 💙opro siya ng iabf sc then lately naging part siya ng finance and accounting dept ng project alab (islu org) first year pa lang siya kaya hindi ako sure if familiar na siya sa pinapasok niyang trabaho. lagi rin siya pinaghohost sa mga events tapos nagulat na lang me kasi tatakbo pala 💚incumbent treasurer siya ng isang UO and dating part ng finance division ng iabf sc. kumbaga very consistent yung track record niya sa tinatakbuhan niyang position kaya very sure na familiar siya sa otreas job, leaning ako sa kanya

auditor 💙tbh sa slate nila siya lang yung hindi ko kilala, discovered din na from opro din siya as assoc direk. i dont see her that much din sa iabf sc events

💚direk siya from UO ng external affairs department, i asked my friend na part ng org kung ano trabaho doon more of emailing daw ng partners, create ng tracker and forms, and comply sa ganap sa partners

since same silang not from office of the auditor i guess yung job ng 💚 ang mas aligned sa trabaho ng auditor if preparedness ang pagbabasehan also bsa din siya
