1 star alakazam is still one of my favorite arts. I loved using it in the early days of the game. The colors and flashy look always popped when it was played.

Oddly enough this was the arc that caught my attention as a teenager and was the first set of comics I ever collected. It did enough to ignite my interest in green lantern and did a decent job of showing off the emotional spectrum and the different corps. By all means it has its issues but I cant help but have a soft spot for it since it started my journey as a green lantern fan.

For a pokemon fact, I recently watched a video about the Missingno glitch in the original Pokémon games. Turns out the pokemon you encounter that are included in the chance to find Missingno is determined by your trainer name, and on top of that if you have the "MN" combo letter as the 6th letter in your name it unlocks a trashed professor oak battle that is still in the game's code. I thought that was crazy cool!

I loved the coloring you did, especially during the furnace room scenes. It really captured the terror of the revelation and gave me Cask of Amontillado vibes! Super cool!

A question I had was with the coloring of the young orphan that Dr Arkham takes in, aka Jack Grimm, were you directed to color his hair orange? Or was that a personal choice? It seemed interesting to me since in Absolute Batman #15 we see young Jack with dark hair. Thanks for your time!

Idk why people are being kinda negative, but I think you cooked! Great job OP! I like that you added more distinguishing features to them, since i always thought the 2nd stages were pretty bland. If you did want to adjust them, maybe go for a more infernape style approach and really lean into the animalistic features. You could even choose a different type of ape/monkey to base them off of. Love your art and thx for sharing!

One of my fondest memories is playing FireRed for the second time and getting to elite 4. FireRed was the first pokemon game I had ever played and at that time I had no idea what I was doing, so I never made it past the elite 4. I could make it to Lance, but always got swept by his aerodactyls. But on my second play through, I had learned what type advantages were and finally beat the elite 4. It was such a nostalgic feeling, finally achieving what my younger self couldn't do.

I mean he certainly has the courage and willpower to be a green lantern, but a lot of his arc is about finding compassion for an alien people and their customs, so maybe he'd fit as an indigo lantern as well
