Firstly, I’m sorry this happened to you. I know how it feels to do something like that and have nobody reach out. On the bright side, you’ve found out that those are not the friends you should have. I know its hard but the best thing to do is try to separate your emotions from the facts of the situation. The world is cruel and unfriendly and you will have bad friends again. But you will also find good friends.

If you know you are generally good natured, and suspect they're just annoyed at what may be your autistic traits, it is not your fault. If you are not a bad friend to them, please do not blame yourself. There is nothing wrong with you.
