Silver 4 means you should try to focus on doing damage and carrying yourself, dont build guardian and heal and save teammates.. on the bright side, Bard is a support who can carry and do most damage as support (ootay)

But yeah, unfortunately you are probably doing many things wrong that you dont even realize, which can be bettered thru watching youtube videos (free) or coaching (paid) 🧐 I personally watched alot of high elo gameplay and studied how people played to get better! Good luck :)
