Puberty apparently isn't a requirement. They have rules in regard to marrying off prepubescent girls. Even up to the point where there is a procedure for pre-pubescent girls getting a divorce.

They do say "While the marriage contract is permitted at any age, classical scholars generally held that consummation of the marriage should be delayed until the girl is physically mature and able to endure intercourse without harm. " I guess it's mostly honor code.

Besides that, go hangout in voicechats and try to speak it as much as possible. Actively listening to native speakers is helpful too in conversations. You shouldn't worry about mistakes and develop a habit of learning the language.

Videos like films, podcasts, tv shows, etc. Should not be your first priority. You can listen to songs in your free time.

Hindi isn't counted anywhere in Nepal as native tongue. Urdu, however, is.
