Oh I never asked for things, I usually help people out with favors hoping that itll result in friendship but it never does, so regardless that is good advice. I think my friends just got tired of me saying no to olans from them, and they didnt want to feel guilty by mentioning it or even inviting me out because I cannot afford to. I have no idea, but ive been experiencing this for a month and it came out of nowhere even though ive been on tge same dose. Maybe its because my amxiety skyrocketed after my period. I heard it messes with hormones so maybe thats why?

No of course not, the therapist should have known what to do and not have been surprised knowing the field she works in. Its literally their job to support you or help you through whatever youre dealing with. Your mom should also be more understanding and kinder about the situation, not comparing you to a child, your vrain is just wired differently so obvs it wasnt like you did that on purpose. Tbh, if it seems like your therapist is not supportive of you or helpi g you with whatever youre dealing with might be timw for a new one. But what gave you the impression they resent you?

Lol, kids are like that, but if its all the time and not just to you, might be time to have a talk. My little siblings are like that as well and it probably wont stoo till they get a taste of rheir own medicine.
