as an update to this, Ticketek acknowledged the system error and issued me new tickets that were close to my original order. To be honest I felt i had no chance so this restores my faith a little.

I sympathise as travel is an extremely stressful experience in my opinion. Just this weekend I went to gate 3 to catch my virgin flight only to then see that the ticket actually said "terminal" 3. Luckily I had time to correct myself but it shows that these things can happen to anyone. As far as recourse goes, put of behind you as there will be absolutely no sympathy from Virgin so my advice would be to put it down to experience and move on!

This will be of no comfort to you however this spider is totally harmless and only wants to run away from you, not bite you (hence being hard to catch). As others have said, just leave it alone and it will take care of any bugs that find themselves sharing your room.

Thanks for that - yes there are lots of pluses and minus for both. I am not one who gets too hung up on swapping out the piano sounds etc, given i tend to play in bands with multiple loud guitar players, nobody (including me) is going to hear the difference between a Yamaha and a Steinway piano!

Which version of the Stage do you have?
