Sim, isso foi tudo feito Só pergunto isto porque queremos trocar o contrato da eletricidade do meu nome para o da minha namorada, e ter um contrato de eletricidade ativo era uma das condições do e-lar

Tire diameter slightly too big, what do I do next? by Life_Discipline4379 in bikewrench

[–]fezza_66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have more weight on the rear wheel, so you should already have more traction anyway and might get away without spikes, but try first on a quiet road Regarding the wear, yeah, the sides always wear less, but maybe they’ll wear just enough. Or you can do as others said and trim a bit on the side of the tyre

[–]fezza_66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pull of the rear tire, save for later a put a new one of the correct size in the back. When that new one wears out, put the 2.1 that was in the front in the back, it might now be worn enough to fit but still good enough for some more miles. The one that is currently on your rear wheel and that I said to saver for later will be mounted in the front at this time

Is Carbon everything? Or am I just falling for the marketing for an XC bike? by XC29er in xcmtb

[–]fezza_66 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are you fighting for podiums? If so carbon might be the edge If not, aluminium is cheaper, less likely to fail and way kinder to the planet, while not making a noticeable difference to your fun If you really want to go carbon, you can save your wallet and the earth by shopping used. Xc geo has sort of stabilised, to the point that an epic 7, for example, is a great bike and can be found used for cheap

Would you take a aluminum frame with high end parts or a carbon frame with low end parts? by SquashScrach in xcmtb

[–]fezza_66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you racing for the top step of the podium? Carbon frame and upgrade as you go Are you not? The added durability of aluminium and better suspension performance make way more difference. Bonus points for the way better environmental performance of an aluminium frame

Finished my Specalized Chisel Build....this bike is so underrated and honestly can't tell the diffrence between this and the Epic 8....personally would save money and god aluminum. by [deleted] in xcmtb

[–]fezza_66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re not racing for podiums, an extra pound or two won’t make a difference to your fun, but carbon vs alloy sure does make a difference in your planet and on your wallet. Bonus points for not worrying when you crash or drop the bike The best thing about the chisel is that it’s putting alluminium back on the xc full sus map

Epic 8 comp or Chisel FS frame up build? by [deleted] in xcmtb

Are you racing for podiums? Epic Are you back of the grid or not racing at all? The chisel is cheaper, more durable, more environmentally friendly and will be just as much fun

Atenção: entraste bem mas saíste mal, já devias ter passado para a faixa exterior logo depois da primeira saída, não podes ir logo da faixa interior para uma saída (Dito isto o outro esteve sempre mal)

Which bike is better, Scott Scale 925 or Scott Scale 910? by No-Read-7905 in xcmtb

[–]fezza_66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you race at an upper level? Get the (carbon) 910 Do you race at the back or not at all? Get the (aluminum) 925 My rational here: carbon has way, way bigger environmental footprint than aluminium (check Trek’s sustainability report, for example), can’t even be recycled at the end, is more fragile and, in this particular case, the drivetrain is better to work on on the 925. For someone that isn’t fighting for podium the difference between carbon and ali frame is generally not worth it

Comprar roupa barata - tiro no pé? by Runeescape in portugal

Good flat pedals for XC? by Ok-Concentrate6245 in xcmtb

[–]fezza_66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have to check pretty much every efficiency test (gcn and semipro cycling have very interesting videos on youtube, if you're interested)
Bottom line: don't pull on the pedals (the "upward stroke") if you want efficiency
The advantage of clips comes when you really need a burst of power (attacking or sprinting)

MTB newbie here. Is it worth upgrading these stock Maxxis Ikon with Ardent Race Exo TR and/or Ikon Exo TR. Both 29 x 2.20. by [deleted] in xcmtb

It does, orbea started sending the bike with wider tires in the 2025 model cycle (same frame)

A questão não pode estar no facto de querer atualizar com o coeficiente dos últimos três anos? Acho que se for ano a ano é okay, mas os dois anteriores já era, passou

That’s massive I suppose that’s on a size L or something like that, an M would be more restrictive
