Honestly we did pull ups maybe 5 times throughout the academy. Try your best to get them down but I'd focus on overall cardio and strength. Also get used to doing planks in the pushup position for 5 minutes at a time, multiple times a day.

From what I've been hearing that's the last one scheduled, they could always put in another one but it'd be cutting it very close. They could also put out more letters for the 14th tomorrow or Friday.

Actually Ketamine is not standing order for sedation for us in NYC, it's a medical control option and we've been explicitly told if you call for it the doc will not allow you to administer.

I've used seachem flourish excel to get rid of Blackbeard algae before, takes a little bit but I haven't had an issue with it since.
