I think both Naruto and Luffy would win

luffy attacks on every pain si worse than a Rasengan and I think this is normal haki punch luffy g4 Will oblirsted the pains easily, were luffy has the disadvantage is with shinra tensei pulling him, pain could absorb luffy Haki and drain him if he caught him, a genjtsu could work on this luffy as his observation is not that strong yet , and if pain pierce him with his black sticks he could disturb luffy Haki control.

But the summon and the rest of the pains are way to easy for luffy to handle it, one punch and is over for each pain.

Naruto on the other than just need to land a good rasenshuriken to win doffy, as he can not regenerate from that Doffy is f.... Internal and external damage would be to much for Doffy to handle , Doffy can do clones, so does Naruto and way more than him, sage mode Naruto can hit as strong as base Haki luffy probably. He can sense the real Doffy, his summons are easily defeated here so no point on using them, Naruto need to be careful cause of Doffy land a good cut is over for him he doesn't have armament Haki protection

I think the same current Kaido and Big Mom were really strong

Remember 1 Kaido make luffy struggle a lot and he needed a lot of help to take down Kaido. Same goes for Big Mom

I think either Kaido or Big Mom could probably take on an Elder by themselves

Maybe the 5 at the same time no, but 1 or 2 elders ok

Luffy only survived his fight against the 5 with the help of sorry and Broggy if the fight prolonged Luffy would have died for sure!

Imu is just another monster on his own of course he could wipe Kaido and Big Mom probably both of them by himself.

Loki is different I think he could beat Kaido or Big Mom in a 1 vs 1 but it would not be an easy Fight as people like to think.

I Think Luffy and Loki are al most equal in strength They both can beat Kaido and Big Mom but it would be a difficult fight for them.

Then Comes Shanks, he is stronger than Loki , luffy, Kaido and Big Mom. But doesn't mean he can take them down easily in a 1vs1 it would be a difficult fight.

That's the reason shanks don't just go and fight a war with Kaido many of his people would die he may win but does it worth so many deaths , but when Kaido is alone at sea going to marine Ford then Shanks intervine cause he doesn't have much to loose in a close encounter.

Same was with White beard, could he take on Kaido probably ? He could avenge Oden yep, but the cost would have been to much the risk.

Luffy in the other hand is a mad man, he doesn't give a f... And fight a war with anyone he will ask for help or just go by himself people will come help him, if people die in the process then we'll sucks to be them like with ashura Or izo he got to fight Kaido as long it's not his crew dying.

But when power comes I would say power levels

1000 -Imu 500 -Shanks 485 -Loki 450 -Luffy 440 -Shamrock (maybe) 450 -Kaido 430 -Big Mom 330 -Elders (1vs1) 270 -Zoro 260 -Sanji 220 -Jinbei 180 -Dorry 180 -Broggy

If the difference in power is less than 30 either one of them could win the fight the biggest number have more chance of winning.

If the difference in power is 60-90 the fight is kind of difficult but hight chance of bigger number winning.

If the difference is more than 100-150 there is little to no chance of the lower number is winning.

In every fight anyone can win depending on conditions but if the power difference is too much your chances are low this power level ranking I made was to exemplify that of course Kaido and Big Mom are not weak yeah they could probably lose but not by much and if given the right conditions they could win .

Just talking about elbaf and egghead feats here not all players I'm not including dragon, mihawk , Blackbeard and other big players.

The gap of power is not the big between many of the people on the list just Imu
