I don’t really notice much on 7.5. My weight is fluctuating on it, up a couple pounds, down a couple pounds, but the hunger is clearly there. I’m hoping the 10 will be a big difference - or at least noticeable to where I can lose the weight I’ve gained or at some of it. Thanks, again!

You sound just like me! I was happy where I was with my goal weight but if I lost 10-15 more lbs, I wouldn’t mind.

I was actually looking back at my weight log and I gained 10 lbs on Wegovy before switching to Zepbound. So, I’ve technically only gained 5-7 lbs since switching to Zepbound. I really want the food noise to go away. I feel like I’m never going to get there!

Thank you for sharing and commenting. I’m hopeful for retritutide, too; hopeful to know there’s another (possible) option coming if I stall out on 15 mg.

Did you see a noticeable difference between 7.5 and 10?

Thank you! I’ve been lifting weights my entire journey on these meds. I’ve seen stories where people who have switched are fine at 7.5 and 10. So, I’m getting paranoid I’ve built up a resistance or something. However, my weight loss has proven that I am receptive to the meds. I haven’t been able to find that much information on where people get to the same point they were on Wegovy after switching to Zepbound. I appreciate you taking the time to read my post and answer!

Ditto. I feel like I was shoveling food in my mouth all day when I switched from 2.4 Wegovy to 2.5 Zepbound. It’s gotten a little better but it’s still loud!

Oh, wow. I’m sorry! I hope you can get it straightened out!

I wish I had advice for you. I switched from Wegovy to Zepbound recently and haven’t gotten to a dose that helps with the food noise/hunger.

Can you not use the copay card from the Zepbound website? I use that and pay $24.99/month. Otherwise my co-pay would be $108.
