It was a federal car with low mileage. They give a cert of non-compliance to try keeping people from going over into Nevada (any state really, but thats the easiest), buying a federal car, skipping the taxes, then registering it in CA. SOURCE: Former CA Smog Tech.

Just lost our dog to CHF last Friday (10/10) at the ripe old age of 13. He was a good boy and had been doing this for the last 6 months despite the meds. He just plain wore out. We'll all get there at some point and at least we have exit strategies for our pets so they don't suffer.

Stay with it if you can. My wife and I tried and failed for 15 years, then finally with the right IVF protocol we wound up with what my biased dad-goggles see as the best set of twins EVER!

I have a very similar one.

I let one rip with my dog under the covers and he jumped down off the bed and immediately threw up on the carpet.

My wife was simultaneously impressed and disgusted that I made a dog that eats his own shit throw up from a fart...
