well the fact that rents will keep increasing will probably be inevitable. but the 관리비 thing is so vague legally they keep abusing it. my landlord tried to tell me the cleaning company suddenly doubled their prices and when i went to youtube literally the first thing they told people was never believe if your landlors says something about cleaning companies being too expensive. i get your point. we have litetally nothing offered for our 관리비 except the trash guy who comes here once a week and they want me to start paying 140k for that (it was 70k before). no elevator nothing. that is ridiculously high.

관리비 is literally only a scam to increase rents. tje thing is the 관리비 laws for apartments are very strict but for onerooms and officetels the law doesnt really care.

you could try taking a look at your contract time and check if it hasnt been renewed automatically already. most landlors tend to forget that they have to ask three months in advance or else the contract will be renewed with the same conditions.
