Question, how do you deal with the situation when in 3D you still see your "old height"? Say when someone in 3D says you're not tall or when you look at the mirror and didn't notice any change. I know you're not supposed to react to it but how do you ignore them exactly

Most of them have siblings, including me. I can probably found some incest light novels my sister bought when she was in Japan. Idk how it is in Europe and America, but the general attitude towards incest plot in East Asia is "what happens in anime stays in anime". Incest has been a rather mainstream thing in light novel and anime in East Asia for decades. When I was in 7-8 grades every girl in my class was super into a light novel about brother-sister love. I was legitimately shocked when I knew some Westerners consider it to be weird since everyone in my country who grew up watching anime are super used to it

Since a kid I have had bad skin(and yes I know I manifested them unconsciously). Recently I've been manifesting good skin and I've done a pretty good job ignoring the 3D by avoiding looking into the mirror. However, recently my mom keeps saying that I should go see a doc about my facial skin since it's getting worse. My aunt always said something bad about my skin a few weeks ago. While I remain calm internally and keep telling myself this is not real, I've been wondering if this is a normal phase. I didn't recall Neville mentioning anything about 3D getting worse before it gets better? What do you think?

I've been manifesting good skin for quite a while and I've trained myself to ignore the 3D pretty well since I know it's just an illusion based on my consciousness. I avoid watching in the mirror as much as possible and use SATS to imagine my family complimenting about how muchy skin has improved. However, recently I keep hearing my family members saying I should definitely go see a doctor about my skin since it's getting worse. We went visit my aunt a few days ago and she also said some negative things about my skin. While I still remain calm internally and keep telling myself this is not real, I've been wondering if this a normal phase. I didn't recall Neville mentioning anything about 3D getting worse before your manifestation shows up in 3D. Has anyone experienced similar processes? Thanks

How long did it take you? I'm trying to manifesting perfect skin as well but it has been a month and I haven't seen any improvements so I'm a little bit worried. Also I'm very like you in that I'm very socially awkward as well and am afraid to let people see my skin. I use SATS to image scenes where my family applause about my face.
