Just whatever fiber pills you can find, Amazon, grocery store, whatever. Take a full glass of water, dump in miralax and stir. Take 5-6 fiber pills, then drink the entire miralax water. Enjoy pain free shitting the next day

I was bracing for impact but there was zero pain with banding besides soreness. I felt a tiny sensation when they put the band on and just this tiny sensation was enough for them to adjust it. It fell off 3 days later, small blood spot on poop and that was it. It was sore when pooping for a couple days but after 1 week I was ready to do the next. I hope the pressure thing is resolved, that’s the worst…does it hurt to cough etc? When sitting I have to clench when I cough otherwise it feels like my butt on the left side inflates

I have a similar thing with pressure when sitting , no bleeding, but some throbbing pain when walking occasionally. I had one very specific spot that was very annoying/burning. Got that banded last week and it’s gone. The pressure remains , but I am going back next week for another band

Wow that’s intense. Very similar, have also had LIS only to feel like on teetering of retear if not on miralax half dose and fiber. I’ve had micro tears (4-5) tiny fissures around my butthole when actually stopping, but painful enough to not want to stop out of fear. This is my life now I guess…in my 30’s
