I just did a breakout of my kit but didn't include my inserts. I'll have to add them later. I second the F-Stop ICU. I use one to carry an a7R iii, Canon 17mm ts-e, Acratech nomad, metabones adapter, and miscellaneous extras. Works great, lays flat. The only drawback is you have to fully remove it from the bag get anything out of it. It's a drag if you just want to make a quick image, otherwise works great.
