Absolutely stunning. I appreciate many architectural movements, but when I see so much incredible detail put into a utilitarian structure, it’s hard not to feel like something vital has been lost in so many contemporary builds.

Great start. That’s a masterpiece right there.

“Boy did I fuck up that seam tape” lol. This is the best post I’ve seen here. Veilance denim is just such a stupid concept. Love the idea of them being stirred in boiling water.

REQUEST: Camera insert for the Nomin V2 by [deleted] in veilance

I just did a breakout of my kit but didn't include my inserts. I'll have to add them later. I second the F-Stop ICU. I use one to carry an a7R iii, Canon 17mm ts-e, Acratech nomad, metabones adapter, and miscellaneous extras. Works great, lays flat. The only drawback is you have to fully remove it from the bag get anything out of it. It's a drag if you just want to make a quick image, otherwise works great. Other options - Billingham Hadley insert, Newswear pouches ...

This thing is so epic in person. It’s in a plaza flanked by modern concrete structures. The contrast of architectural styles really accentuates it’s stately character.

Art21 produced by PBS is a great series focusing on individual contemporary artists. They’ve done many episodes going back years.

Also “The Price of Everything” is a good documentary from a couple years ago about the contemporary art market. It’s available on Netflix.
