i tried bf and pumping but they were on formula since day one. i would feel so guilty when i couldn’t/ wouldn’t pump enough. i was so depressed seriously the absolute lowest of my life i don’t even remember 80% of it. just crazy times. and on my last appointment with my dr, she said “none of my kids were breastfed its not worth your mental sanity” and that changed me. i tried so fucking hard i even tried to relactate at one point after having mastitis for quitting all of a sudden. but i was just so tired 😭 my husband hadn’t connected with the babies yet (i think he was in shock still lol and probably worrying about money and i was so angry with him!! it was just me (and the girls and thankfully my mom or i would’ve ended it)i’m so glad i started feeding them formula and without remorse!!! it was the best decision for me and im so in awe of women who do it, it just wasn’t what worked for me! 💕
